Management Basic Policy

Paints extend life time and enhance the value of the product. However, in 21 century, we enhance manufacturing/sales/painting further more. We develop the paints industry as “Color Industry”, “Coating Industry” and “Upgrade material industry”. And we aim at the development of product/software that considers environment, safety and health.
 
Environment/Quality/ISO

Isamu Shiga Factory has won ISO 14001 certification, an international standard for protection of the environment, as well as ISO 9001 certification of quality assurance.

Every Branch office are also certified ISO 14001 		  
Basic Philosophy
We understand that the preservation of the global environment is the most important problem for chemical company. We aim at a high position as color industry and we think about the preservation of the environment and the harmony of the regional society.
Environment Policy
A lot of chemicals are used for the raw material of paints. It is necessary to take care the preservation of the environment, and to use the resource effectively.

We set the target to the environment, and improve the managerial system by the best technology within the economically possible range.
  1. We observe the law concerning the environment, and try to preserve it.
  2. We design the environment-friendly product and improve the production technology.
  3. We effectively use energy and the resource. We recycle/reduce waste.
  4. We educate the environment to improve our consideration. We open our environment policy to the public.
Our action to environment/ISO
We supply 20% of the electric power to laboratory by the solar power generation device for the energy reduction.

The equipment of the energy reduction has been introduced also in the plant. We strengthen, and improve production management to reduce 5% of the energy consumed compared with the previous year.
